Yes, all HAEV products are cruelty-free. We do not test on animals and do not work with suppliers who conduct animal testing.

Shipping times vary by location and chosen method. Regular shipping within Indonesia takes 3-5 business days. Express shipping (JNE YES) delivers next-day to major cities. Same-day delivery is available in Jakarta for orders placed before 12 PM.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package through our shipping partners' websites or contact our customer service for assistance.
